Water Shower Retort
Shower retorts has a high-volume pump with an array of shower holes strategically located to provide complete load coverage and create even temperature distribution in both heating and cooling.
Static Retort is fitted with a powerful pump, for shorter and more homogeneous cycles. All the products inside the Retort get the same thermal treatment, regardless of their position. The reduced cycle time also ensures better results.
Steam is directly injected in the bottom of the retort for fast and uniform come-up. Indirect cooling via a plate heat exchanger saves water and eliminates the secondary contamination
The water shower retorts also have a perfect pressure control during the whole process cycle, the pressure is constantly adjusted to adapt to the changing pressure inside product
The whole sterilization process controlled by PLC based control system. Via the PLC control, the temperature difference of thermal distribution is limited within ± 0.5°C.
